Order Shipping

Orders placed from within Attica region until 16:00 can be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are delivered the day after, before 16:00.

Orders placed from the rest of Greece placed before 14:00 are delivered by courier the noon of the day after.

Orders placed from abroad with on-time guaranteed delivery shall be placed 48 hours earlier.

Shipping Cost is automatically calculated according to the shipping method.

Before processing an order it is required to contact the recipient in order to specify the delivery time that serves him/her best. If the recipient is absent at the agreed delivery time, the product is returned at the store and we try to contact him in order to arrange a new delivery. If that is not possible we will contact you for further arrangement. Moreover, the bill of goods remains at the store for 7 days, in case you want to collect it. Alternatively, you can have it sent to you by fax.
